Important: Banana Gen is a third-party tool powered by Flux.1 [schnell] model. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Black Forest Labs Users are responsible for ensuring their generated content complies with all applicable laws.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Banana Gen is an AI-powered image generation service that allows users to create images based on text prompts using advanced machine learning models.

Trademarks: The Banana Gen name, logos, and related trademarks are the property of Banana Gen and may not be used without our prior written consent.

You are solely responsible for the content you create using our Service. By using our Service to generate images, you represent and warrant that:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE ONE (1) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
